Hi guys so this is my first blog post ever, here i'm posting my most favorite brownie recipes which i learned from my aunt around 10 years ago since than i have been making it and my family loves it ( over-confident Alert huehuehue )

Anyway so I will be posting step by step recipe with pictures below :

WARNING : High sugar cravings coming your way.

But first pre-heat your oven on 180 celsius.

INGREDIENTS

Butter / Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup

Eggs 2

Brown Sugar 1 Cup

Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp

All purpose flour 1 Cup

Coco Powder 1/4 Cup

Baking Powder 1/4 tsp ( this is optional mostly brownies are without Bp but i like them fluffy so i add this )

Chocolate syrup 3 Tbsp

Crushed Walnuts and Almonds 1/2 Cup

Step 1 :

Mix Flour Coco powder and baking powder together and strain them to avoid lumps.

Step 2 :

Beat butter , eggs and sugar together in a separate bowl. I used dark brown sugar its also available in light.

Step 3 :

Now with the help of a spatula fold dry ingredients e.g. flour , coco powder and baking powder into egg butter mixture till a thick mixture is formed.

note : if you find the mixture very hard you can add the milk but don't make the mixture very thin keep the consistency thick.

Step 4 :

Now add crushed walnuts, almonds and chocolate syrup to the mixture. Grease your baking pan.

Sprinkle some brown sugar on the top it gives very fudgy look to the brownies.

Step 5 :

Bake the brownie at 180 celsius for 20mins or till the skewer comes out with some crumbles on it. Don't over bake otherwise it will become hard you must check after 10mins depending on oven type.

Right out of the oven.

VIOLLA !! the beauty is ready . You can thank me later guys.

If you like it give it a try.. okay ? and let me know ?! Deal ?

Till than Bye.
